Russian designer and architect Max Zhivov has unveiled the HydroPlaneHouse concept, which combines a houseboat, a boat dock, a garage and waterplane parking.
According to the ship designer, the HPH owner can place a houseboat in any body of water. The structure is made of prefabricated modules that can be easily disassembled, so it will be possible to transport the house with just two small trucks.
Inside the "hydrohouse" there are several rooms, for example, a living room combined with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garage. The area of the house is about 76 m², and it reaches a length of 15 meters. The total length including the seaplane parking is 25 meters.
The houseboat is also equipped with 65 m² of solar panels and two electric motors. The open space on the second tier can be adapted for storage of small boats or used for sunbathing. A sketch of a hydroplane with an electric engine, which complements the model of a houseboat, was developed by aircraft designer Alexander Shchapin.
The idea of such a specialized house for fans of small aircraft was picked up by many Russian and foreign publications.
