A modified version of the steel howbot for year-round living on the water. Instead of an awning, a platform for helicopters of the Robinson type is installed.
The houseboat is insulated and prepared for winter living. On request, 4-5-6 cabins are placed. Two salons, a large one with a dining area downstairs, and upstairs for relaxation with access to a large flybridge, tented with a helipad.
The houseboat is equipped with all necessary household appliances, 4 bathrooms are installed, three downstairs and one upstairs.
The assistant or captain's cabin is located upstairs next to the helm station.
In the floats, either living compartments or utility rooms are built in, including refrigerators or a wine cellar.
Production time 12 months. Warranty 3 years.
A Robinson 44 helicopter can easily land on the catamaran.
The size of the helipad 8x8 meters allows a medium-sized helicopter to land on a houseboat.
