For fans of helicopters, we offer a new version of the houseboat 20 meters.
When the task arose to offer the client a variant of a house on the water with a heliport at the top, we created such a variant of a houseboat. Initially, it was planned to make a trimaran hull, but as a result, they settled on a catamaran hull. With such a height and such a wind load, it was necessary to make an optimal draft, and we managed to do it.
And now our first completed project, similar to this houseboat, but with a slightly different design of the superstructure, often walks along the Moscow Canal past the Kremlin, past the Moscow City complex.
Large living space downstairs, two or three rooms, living-dining room with kitchen. On the second floor, a helm station, a bedroom or a second salon, it is also possible to make cabins for the crew serving a large houseboat. Access to the second floor of this large house on the water can be both from the stern across the street, and through the stairs inside from the living room to the cabin on the second floor.
It is also possible to accommodate the crew in cabins located in the hull, there is a lot of space for cabins and for creating storage areas for household items and equipment for the houseboat.
We raised the helipad above the top of the pilothouse so there were no safety issues. If you want to walk along the canal along the Kremlin and pass under bridges, we make a descending platform. When passing under low dimensions, the site, together with the helicopter, drops almost to the level of the second deck.
Powerful columns have become the decoration of this house, they support both the helipad and the second floor. At the same time, they do not interfere, creating visual stability at home.
Finishing both outside and inside can be varied. Outside, we recommend using wood-composite materials and stainless steel for finishing.
Inside, traditional natural veneer panels or any other materials that can easily be in an environment with high humidity.
